The De La Villa is proud to work closely with Bodegas Jesús Romero which was born from the effort to recover the viticultural activity in an area where winemaking has flourished since time immemorial. Wines with a personal character due to its characteristic high altitude area and the rigors of its climate. Our team brings an infectious passion to the hotel’s wine program, not only focusing on our guests’ wine experience but also our staff’s ongoing wine education.

The De La Villa hosts several wine events each year from customized wine dinners to tastings and special events during the elaborate festivals that are the rhythm of our town.
